
• Monitor and resolve shipping issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle data uploading tasks and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Arrange transportation bookings and coordinate with transport providers and warehouse teams.
• Ensure delivery timelines meet platform standards to prevent order cancellations.
• Respond to customer chat inquiries with accurate, timely, and professional information including (Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok shop)
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products, services, orders, or accounts
• Stay up-to-date on company products, services, policies, and promotions
• Support Supply Chain operations and coordinate with 3PL partners for both delivery and warehousing.
• Prepare and maintain related operational reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• 1 years of experience in logistics coordination, e-commerce operations, or customer service.
• Familiarity with marketplace platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok shop) and order management systems is a plus.
• Strong coordination and communication skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Good in Microsoft Excel.
• Service-minded with good written and verbal communication skills (Both Thai and English).
• Detail-oriented mindset
• Must be flexible and available to work on weekends if necessary.
