Basic Duty & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Service to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Installation & Commissioning: Install, set up, and commission mechanical equipment and machinery at client sites.
• Steam trap survey and complete reporting to customer.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of mechanical systems.
• Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote support to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.
• Cross-functional teams work: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and the ESS team, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain service logs, prepare technical reports, and communicate findings to management and clients.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for system enhancements and recommend upgrades to improve efficiency and performance.
• Other ad hoc assigned by Service Manager.
Qualifications Required:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Instrument Engineer, Electrical Engineer or a related field.
• Having skills of Field Instruments Calibration, PLC Control, Programming YS 1700, Programming UT, Boiler Improvement will be advantage.
• Proven experience in servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining mechanical equipment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical components, hydraulics, pneumatics, and technical drawings.
• Able to understand or can communicate in English.
• Able to use MS office – Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel for on-site service and support.
• Pleasant personality, self-motivated and positive work attitude.
