Responsibilities:
• To support admin and account under Admin Department
• To handle Accounts Receivable
• To handle Accounts Payable
• To handle Accounts GL
• To handle stock and fixed assets in office
• To handle PP.30, PND 1 3 53,
• To handle BG, LC
• To handle staff monthly claims
• Supporting documents for month and year end closing
• To undertake any other related jobs as and when necessary
• To maintain database which assigned by manager
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or higher.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good inter personal communication skill and able to work in a fast pace environment
• Self-started and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Computer literate : Word, Excel
