Position Overview
• As Business Development Assistant, this position is responsible for introducing our recruitment service (HR Solution) to new clients.
Internship topic
• Lead Generation – Find and contact potential clients.
• Client Needs – Understand hiring needs and plans.
• Data Management – Keep records of client info and communication.
• Service Proposal – Offer recruitment solutions to clients.
• Goal Achievement – Help meet sales and placement targets.
