- Provide internal support to employees using systems such as Salesforce, AppSheet, Asana, and LookerStudio
- Troubleshoot and analyze issues to distinguish between user errors and system-related problems
- Resolve issues quickly and advise users on how to prevent recurrence
- Collaborate with developers for backend/system-level fixes, translating user needs into technical insights
- Identify root causes by examining flow and logic
- Act as a “translator” between technical language and everyday user language
- Conduct training, create user manuals, and proactively offer system-related guidance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp both big-picture and detailed system functions
- Strong communication skills; able to simplify complex topics
- Logical thinker with systematic problem-solving abilities
- Friendly, service-minded, and not afraid to ask questions
- Prior experience with Salesforce, AppSheet, Asana, or LookerStudio is a plus
- Experience bridging users and developers is highly valued
