2. Analysis the Lenovo CCI and propose the improvement plan to company or supervisor
3. Back up the branch manager who handle Lenovo product both FT and RK service center
4. Coordinate with Lenovo service country manager as optional or case by case
5. Improving the PBT of Lenovo CCI service
- Male or Female
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Operation Management, or relate field
- Age 24-27 years old
- Have experience in Service Operation, Call Center, or related
- Have TOEIC score 550 will be advantage
