Job Specifications
1.Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a legal role.
2.Bachelor’s degree in Law; a Master’s degree would be advantageous.
3.Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
4.Fluency in both Thai and English is essential.
Knowledge, Skill
1 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2 Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4 Commercial acumen with the ability to balance legal considerations with business objectives.
5 Have good knowledge of civil and commercial law, criminal law, and procedural law.

7 Able to use basic Office computer programs well.
8 Detail-oriented, honest, and has a positive attitude.
9 Be responsible in your work and able to withstand high pressure.
10 Have good communication and negotiation skills.
11 Have very good communication skills in Thai, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
12 Have good English communication skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
