Role Summary:
The Secretary provides high-level administrative and executive support to the Deputy Managing Director – Commercial and Business Operations. This role is essential for ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, travel, documentation, and cross-functional communication. A high level of discretion, strong organizational ability, and proactive thinking are key to success in supporting dynamic business operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the Executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting materials such as agendas, minutes, and reports.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments, senior executives, external partners, and clients.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive information.
- Support day-to-day administrative processes, including reimbursements and recordkeeping.
- Monitor and follow up on assigned tasks and projects.
- Assist with personal scheduling and administrative tasks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the executive and business operations.
