Business Development
- Seek for opportunity in new project/ business/product development for domestic and international area
- Conduct feasibility analysis and winning strategy to win the bid or close the deal
- Manage new project / new investment and manage overall portfolio of the company
Project Development
- Manage project development including engineering, procurement, QSHE, and construction (EPC)
- Ensure project management within timeline and scope as per agreed
- Manage vendors and stakeholders related to project management to ensure good relationship and smooth operation
- Control overall quality of projects
Asset Management
- Manage day-to-day operations and maximize total return for each asset through analysis of efficiency as well as identifying opportunities for further improvement
- Monitor and control financial budgets
- Oversee O&M contracts and monitor all maintenance / operations for the assets
- Ensure good relationship with vendors and stakeholders related to project management
- Manage and monitor compliance in all contracts and activities in own area
Project Support
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational solar activities.
- Coordinate, manage and monitor equipment procurement, materials, and supplies.
- Coordinates with relevant authorities and internal work for applying new permit, or renewing permit
- Follow drawing plans : specifications/contract documents and fully understand the project requirements.
- Conduct site survey, design system, recheck drawing to match with customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Master/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or other related fields
- Minimum of 10 years working experience in renewable energy , business development or strategic planning
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years in renewable energy
- Good personality / Service mind - Logical approach to problem solving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess of strong sense of urgency and quality assurance
