Responsibilities
Supporting the sales team with technical and IT solution information, including assisting with Proof of Concept (POC) efforts and addressing technical inquiries.
Designing various systems to meet requirements and solve customer problems across different services.
Creating Bills of Materials (BOM) and project proposal documents.
Presenting company services information.
Designing service solutions tailored to customer needs.
Liaising and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services to customers.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years. (fresh graduates are welcome)
Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure, IT Security and Cloud (considered a plus).
Negotiation skills and excellent communication skills.
Ability to solve problems on-the-spot and work well under pressure.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
