Role and Responsibility:
• Promote and sell testing services and acquire new business to new accounts
• Contact by telephone and visit for new and existing customers to enhance sales opportunities
• Monitors performance of the department and individual’s target
• Supports other departments in their marketing & sales activities
• Acquiring key accounts
• Ensures proper execution of order processing, handling of inquiries, preparation of quotations, contracts and other customer requirements
• Prepares marketing material and company presentation
• Organizes marketing events, such as forums, and visits relevant exhibitions
• Maintains and updates a client database and prepares a monthly sales report
