Responsibilities

จัดเตรียมและตรวจสอบรายละเอียดบัญชีของแต่ละยอดคงเหลือ
Preparing and verifying for account breakdown of each balance.
สนับสนุนผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงินในการปิดบัญชี
Supporting Financial & Accounting Manager to perform the closing.
ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนของบัญชีเจ้าหนี้รวมถึงบัญชีแยกประเภททั่วไปทั้งหมด บันทึกใบแจ้งหนี้ ขออนุมัติค่าใช้จ่าย และประมวลผลการชำระเงินของผู้ขายและการกระทบยอด
Performs Accounts Payable function including all General Ledger, recording of invoices, obtaining proper signature approvals of expenditures and processing vendor payments and reconciliation.
จัดการและติดตามรายงานภาษี (VAT, ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย) และการกระทบยอด
Handle and monitor for tax report (VAT, Withholding tax) and reconciliation.
