HR Officer (Contract)

• Process and administer a comprehensive range of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, expense reimbursements, and time-off policies.
• Provide bereavement support, including funeral arrangements, communication, benefits processing, and welfare fund management.
• Handle employee participation in Social Security and the Compensation Fund, including enrollment, claims processing, regulatory updates, and coordination with Payroll.
• Assist in overseeing the full contract lifecycle for Thai employees, including creation, renewal, termination, record maintenance, and managing performance evaluations for renewals.
• Maintain Labor Law compliance concerning welfare benefits, employment contracts, and employee relations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Political Sciences or any other related fields.
• 2 years of experiences related to the job function.
• Computer skills of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Knowledge understanding of Labor laws, Employee benefits,
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
