Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Customer Care Executive Member to join our After-Sales Services team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting customer service operations, coordinating installation and maintenance processes, handling internal administrative tasks, and assisting with sales of ERV-related products. Strong English communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service Coordination
Provide support to customers by responding to inquiries and requests in a professional manner.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Monitor and follow up on open cases to ensure closure and customer satisfaction.
2. Installation Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams and customers to schedule and monitor installation processes.
Ensure all required documentation and materials are prepared and provided on time.
3. Sales Support
Actively promote and sell ERV filters and ERV Wall/Ceiling-type units.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and delivery arrangements.
4. Maintenance Coordination
Coordinate scheduled maintenance services with technical teams and customers.
Maintain records of service schedules, reports, and customer feedback.
5. Internal Administration
Support departmental operations through data entry, report preparation, and document filing.
Collaborate with other departments such as sales, technical, and logistics to streamline service delivery.
Assist in improving internal processes and communication channels.
