Recruitment and Contract Management Function (50%):● Manage the overall recruitment process from job posting, candidate
screening, interviewing, and offering, until the hiring is complete.
● Work with outsourcing companies for all recruitment processes.
● Oversee the Social Security System, Group Insurance and monitor
probation periods for employees.
● Draft, revise, and renew employment contracts as necessary.
● Maintain HR personal files and ensure employment records are accurate.
Compensation and Benefits Function (40%):
● Support payroll calculations (monthly salary, monthly income tax,
monthly social security fund) and verify outsourcing payroll.
● Revise outsourcing staff salaries, work-based locations, positions, etc., with the outsourcing company (if applicable).
Labor Relations and Law (10%):
● Review HR legal documents.
● Supervise the employment and termination processes to ensure compliance with Labor Law.
● Coordinate with the Legal Department and law firms (when necessary).
