We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Engineer to support our mission in delivering high-quality products and excellent customer satisfaction. If you enjoy solving problems, working with cross-functional teams, and making a difference in product quality, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the continuous development and improvement of the company’s quality management systems in alignment with our values and goals.
- Collaborate with teams to address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Help set and achieve customer service targets by providing useful insights and support.
- Analyze customer feedback on product quality and propose solutions that contribute to product improvements.
- Coordinate corrective actions and follow up on product issues.
- Communicate with customers to build confidence and provide clarification on claim results, when needed.
- Work closely with relevant departments to investigate and improve quality control issues using our internal QM system.
- Assist in managing product standards and certifications with external institutions.
- Create inspection plans for new products using SAP.
- Gather and analyze customer quality/service expectations and help translate them into practical improvements.
- Take on urgent or special assignments as directed by your supervisor.
- Prepare and present monthly QA reports to management.
