Job Summary
To ensure smooth and efficient administrative operations, support HR functions, and manage general affairs including office services, company assets, employee welfare, and compliance with internal and external regulations.
As a General Affairs Officer, your key responsibilities include:
General Affairs
• Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies (procurement, maintenance, and stock control).
• Supervise building maintenance, maid, gardener, and housekeeping service providers.
• Oversee company vehicle usage, maintenance, and transportation support.
• Coordinate business licenses, permits, and compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor and improve workplace safety, cleanliness, and employee amenities.
• Manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
Administration & HR support
• Maintain accurate and updated records for fixed assets, utilities, leases, vehicle insurance, and vendor contracts.
• Prepare administrative reports (e.g., utility usage, office expenses, asset usage).
• Support budgeting and cost control for general administration expenses.
• Coordinate employee welfare programs (e.g., uniforms, PPE, pantry, recreation, canteen).
• Organize and support company events (e.g., annual parties, town halls, activities).
