- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company’s targets, focusing on AUTEL EV Chargers and EV charging station management systems (CSMS).
- Identify and approach potential customers across individual, corporate, and real estate segments.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable EV charging solutions, including AC/DC chargers, backend management platforms, and optional add-ons (e.g., solar integration, energy monitoring).
- Collaborate with A+ SERVICE’s technical team to provide tailored technical consultations and system design support.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, project developers, fleet operators, and public sector stakeholders.
- Prepare accurate sales documents including quotations, contracts, technical specifications, and meeting records.
- Represent the company at trade shows, EV expos, seminars, and client meetings.
- Produce regular sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and market insight analyses.
- Identify challenges in the sales process and propose actionable improvements.
