• Develop and continuously improve procurement systems such as e-Procurement and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) to meet evolving business needs.
• Drive the use of data analytics to deliver business value through tools such as spend analysis, supplier performance dashboards, and cost optimization models.
• Design and build insightful dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence platforms to support strategic decision-making.
• Champion the adoption of automation tools (e.g., RPA , AI) to streamline procurement operations.
• Lead system implementation projects in collaboration with IT and cross-functional users to build data pipelines and enable real-time or near real-time analytics.
• Analyze business requirements and design procurement workflows to ensure transparency, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors and system developers on planning, troubleshooting, and system enhancement tracking.
• Oversee Master Data Management related to suppliers, products, and contracts to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
• Generate and analyze reports such as KPI dashboards, spend analyses, and data-driven decision-making tools.
• Act as a technical advisor to procurement teams to optimize system usage and ensure adoption across departments.
• Stay current on emerging technologies in Procurement Tech, Data Governance, and digital tools that enhance procurement performance.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, MIS, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement systems, ERP, or supply chain systems.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Python, SQL, and Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in IT project management, including system implementation and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong business process analysis and workflow design skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and apply Agile/Lean thinking in system development.
- Good understanding of IT security, compliance, and data governance principles.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English (business level).
