Customer Support Engineer (SMT)

- Provide pre-sales/post-sales technical support of the product (SMT) to customer in “SEA market”
- Provide appropriate suggestion to select suitable model to the customers application
- Provide technical support for production, troubleshooting, or maintenance service
- Provide demonstration of the SMT equipment according to customer’s request
- Show, Meeting and Exhibition, Plan and manage private show, service meeting and exhibition. It’s included preparation materials, presentation, host to customers.
- Coordinate warranty parts and check their lead times. Manage tools required for the job; when a new tool is released, assess its necessity and decide whether to proceed with the purchase.
- Inventory Responsible for managing spare parts and tools. Perform monthly stock checks to monitor inventory levels. Also handle tracking and control of items loaned to distributors.
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
- 1 years of experience in Service Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or related field in SMT business.
- Proficient in English language skill (TOEIC 600)
- Chinese language skill would be advantage.
- Communication skills (Negotiation, Inter-personal, Service in mind)
- Have Driver’s license
