Responsibilities

Efficiently manage and oversee all warehouse operations within the factory.
Ensure accurate inventory control and proper stock levels of raw materials and finished goods.
Monitor the receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
Collaborate with production and procurement teams to maintain seamless supply chain processes.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure the warehouse's compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate with external vendors for timely and accurate deliveries.
Utilize inventory management systems to track and record stock movements.
Resolve any discrepancies in inventory records through thorough investigation.
Implement cost-effective measures to enhance warehouse operations.
Foster a culture of safety, organization, and cleanliness within the warehouse.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field..
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory control.
Problem-solving skills to address inventory discrepancies and operational challenges.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including production and procurement.
