Overview:The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a key strategic and operational partner to the business, responsible for delivering comprehensive HR solutions with a strong focus on talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of payroll fundamentals, training coordination, and HR administrative functions. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, and a willingness to travel internationally when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
-Lead full-cycle recruitment processes including job scoping, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
-Partner with hiring managers to develop effective workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
-Build and maintain a talent pipeline through various sourcing channels, including online platforms, agencies, and referral programs.
-Oversee onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
2.Payroll Support
-Apply sound knowledge of payroll principles, ensuring accurate and timely payroll data preparation.
-Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to support payroll processing, including time attendance, OT, and leave records.
-Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with relevant payroll and tax regulations.
3.Learning & Development
-Coordinate training programs in alignment with organizational goals and employee development needs.
-Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to organize training sessions, workshops, and compliance courses.
-Monitor training effectiveness and maintain accurate training records.
4.HR Operations & Administration
-Ensure the integrity of employee data and documentation in HRIS and physical files.
-Support daily HR operations, including employment contracts, employee letters, and compliance reporting.
-Handle expatriate and international travel documentation, including visa and work permit processes.
-Provide timely and accurate support to employees and leadership on HR-related matters.
5.Cross-functional & International Support
-Manage multiple HR projects and initiatives simultaneously with a focus on quality and timeliness.
-Coordinate with regional or global HR teams as needed.
-Be available for occasional international travel to support business and HR initiatives.
