Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR & GA Manager to oversee human resources and general affairs functions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with Thai labor laws. This strategic, hands-on leadership role requires a proactive professional capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted partner to both Thai and expatriate management, providing strategic guidance and fostering strong relationships across the organization.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, focusing on attracting top engineering and technical talent. Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, manage compensation and benefits, address employee relations issues, and ensure HR policies are compliant with legal standards.
• Design and execute training and development programs, create Individual Development Plans, identify high-potential employees for succession planning, and promote a culture of engagement and retention.
• Oversee office administration, facilities management, and operational budgets.
• Visit various company sites and meet with employees as needed to support departmental needs and organizational cohesion.
