- รับผิดชอบบริหารยอดขายให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่วางไว้ โดยรับเป้าการขายไปบริหารร่วมกับผู้จัดการร้านในเขตที่ดูแล
- ทำหน้าที่สื่อสารแผนงานและกลยุทธการขาย นโยบาย การส่งเสริมการขายไปยังทีมงาน และกำกับดูแลให้การปฏิบัติงานบรรลุเป้าหมาย
- วิเคราะห์ประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมการขาย ยอดขาย ปัญหาการขาย และสภาวะการแข่งขัน
- ประสานงานและเตรียมข้อมูลความต้องการของลูกค้าเสนอต่อฝ่ายการตลาด และทีมออกแบบ-พัฒนา
- วางแผน เตรียมงาน และควบคุมดูแลการเปิดสาขาใหม่ ดูแลกำลังคน การประเมินผลงาน พิจารณาโยกย้าย-แต่งตั้ง การพัฒนาและแก้ไขผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน
- บริหารสินค้าหน้าร้าน และสต๊อกให้มีการเคลื่อนไหวอย่างเหมาะสม และประสานงานกับทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้งานดำเนินไปตามแผน และแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับการขาย การบริการ ลูกค้า ร้าน ห้างฯ สินค้า และพนักงาน ให้เกิดผลดีมากที่สุด
**ตำแหน่งนี้ ทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ มีเงินเดือน ค่าเดินทาง โบนัสประจำปี ประกันชีวิต ประกันสุขภาพ และอื่นๆ
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ ไม่ต่ำกว่า 3 ปีในการบริหารงานขายสินค้า Home & Living
- ผ่านงานในระดับหัวหน้างานที่บริหารเขตขาย หรือดูแลร้านค้าปลีกหลายสาขา
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านการขายสินค้า Home & Living และระบบการบริหารงานของร้านค้าปลีกในระดับดีมาก
- มีวุฒิภาวะ ภาวะผู้นำ มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถปกครองทีมขนาดใหญ่ได้
- มีความทันสมัย ชอบสินค้าแฟชั่น เรียนรู้เร็ว มีวินัยในการทำงาน และมุ่งเน้นผลสำเร็จของงาน
- มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหา กล้าตัดสินใจ วินิจฉัย สั่งการ
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้คล่อง ด้วย MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้ทั้งกรุงเทพฯ และต่างจังหวัด
