Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage in-depth data analysis from customer databases related to sales,

logistics, warehouse systems, and customer service in order to identify business

improvement opportunities and explore new potential channels

• Utilize Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker (Google), Tableau, Google Data

Studio) to analyze data and support strategic decision-making

• Analyze customer behavior to uncover new business opportunities such as segmentation,

retention, customer lifetime value (CLV), and campaign planning

• Develop dashboards and business reports, providing clear and actionable insights to

management

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Call Center, and Executive teams to deliver strategic data

insights that support business goals

• Maintain data quality and design efficient data collection and processing workflows

• Research and explore emerging trends in data analytics to enhance business decision-making

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Analysts, providing guidance on tools, techniques, and best

practices in analytics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Business

Administration, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in business data analysis, including team leadership or

supervisory responsibilities

• Proficient in Power BI, Excel (Pivot, Power Query), SQL, or other relevant analytics tools

• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, with experience analyzing data from

systems such as Sales, Inventory, Call Center, and CRM

• Strategic thinking with the ability to communicate data-driven insights to senior

management in a clear and concise manner

• Experience in the Telesales or E-commerce industry is a plus

• Data-driven mindset with openness to learning and adopting new technologies

• High sense of responsibility, strong teamwork orientation, and excellent cross-functional

coordination skills
