Job Scope 

• Support process NMT Secondary material, Spare parts, Steel, Coil and Plastic Invoice to AP
• Coordinate with the Press Shop, Injection Shop and PM to perform GR, GI related to raw material and supply used in P2P systems

Job Description 

• Check the invoice of secondary material, spare part, steel coil, plastic, oil and gas from function and summary report sent to AP

• Summary report of material expenses and send to it related manufacturing departments NMT

• Support and coordinate MFG function about P2P systems operation.

• Reconcile interface data related inventory transaction from P2P systems to SAP systems

• Ad-hoc project support, if any

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Fair command of English communication.

• Good skills in communication and interpersonal.

• Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Negotiation skills and ability to work under high pressure

• Good skills in the operation of telephone equipment.

• Good interpersonal relations and positive thinking
