Assessing training needs and designing customised soft skills development programmes to meet the evolving requirements of our diverse workforce
Delivering engaging and interactive training sessions on a range of soft skills topics such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving and leadership
Collaborating with subject matter experts and department heads to ensure training content is relevant and aligned with the company's strategic objectives
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes and implementing continuous improvements to enhance their impact
Maintaining comprehensive training records and providing progress reports to the management team
Promoting a learning culture by driving employee participation in training initiatives and providing coaching and mentoring suppor
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar learning and development role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training gaps and design effective solutions
Proficient in using training management systems and data analysis tools
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
Passion for continuous learning and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent development
