1. Support management in various tasks to meet project objectives and business goal, such as document completion, providing translating and interpreter for Thai employees.
2. Support planning, management strategies and indicator analysis.
3. Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve organization objectives.
4. Budget control management; managing, monitoring and adjusting a compnay's budget and cashflow to ensure the business remains on track to meet its financial goals and organization objectives.
5. Fixed asset management; managing, monitoring and adjusting an organization's physical assets and equipment.
6. Regulatory and workflow system control management; implementing policies, procedures and related system to ensure an organization complies to relevant law, regulations and the rules of parent company.
7. Planning and publish market research or any related document within company which provides valuable customer behavior, market trends and competition to guide strategic marketing decisions.
8. Managing of shareholder's meetings, boad of directors, and related management meetings.
1. Bachelor's degree in any field.
2. Good command of Japanese (N1).
3. Good command of Microsoft Office, Google workspace etc.
4. Good command of English, and has knowledge of Project Management and Accounting is a plus.
6. Passionate about Business Development, Business Management.
7. A strong eager to learn proactive, effective communication skills, and excellent manners.
