Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining a positive, maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responsible for their own customer accountabilities and understand profit & Loss
- Responsible for solving customer technical problems, complaint or other request from receiving case until resolution
- Responsible for customer’s case management in cloud system
- Need to follow customer journey policy and crate customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Responsible for issue, quote, invoice and bill process to customer to achieve team target
- Responsible for selling customer Service Contract Maintained to a new customer and propose current customer to re-new.
- Provide efficiency data and accurate report to Supervisor
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any related
- Experience working with customer service or Technician support as least 2-3 years
- Able to communication in English
- Ability to work multi–task, priority and manage time effectively
- Strong phone contract handling skill and active listening
- Organized and good memories person
- Working location: Soi Soonvijai 14, Rama9, BKK
