-Align with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy execution.
-Create initiatives to drive revenue, improve efficiency, and generate EBITDA
-Work closely with Strategy Team to make sure leasing strategy could be completely implemented or need revision.
-Work closely with Sales Executive and Marketing team at the property to ensure smooth operations and good customer satisfaction level.
-Consult and guide tenants’ offering, grooming shop design, suggesting market preference aligning with project positioning.
-Explore new strong / well-known lifestyle market partnerships in specified category.
-Analyze and provide a recommendation for each leasing transaction in comparison with the budget, valuation and current market.
