เจ้าหน้าที่จัดหา Organizer & Event
CP ALL PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED (General)- ดำเนินการจัดหา Organizer และผู้ให้บริการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานอีเวนต์ เช่น เวที แสง สี เสียง สถานที่ และอื่น ๆ ตามความต้องการของหน่วยงาน
- ร่วมวางแผนและให้คำแนะนำด้านการจัดงานอีเวนต์ เช่น งานเปิดตัวสินค้า, งานประชุมสัมมนา, Roadshow หรือกิจกรรมภายในองค์กร
- ประเมินและคัดเลือกผู้ให้บริการ (Vendor Selection) โดยเปรียบเทียบราคา เงื่อนไข และผลงานที่ผ่านมา
- ติดต่อ ประสานงาน และบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ให้บริการ Organizer, Supplier และหน่วยงานภายใน
- จัดทำเอกสารเสนอราคา สัญญาว่าจ้าง และตรวจสอบการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามข้อตกลง
- ควบคุมงบประมาณและต้นทุนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานกิจกรรม
- สรุปรายงานผลการจัดกิจกรรม และประเมินประสิทธิภาพของผู้ให้บริการ
• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด นิเทศศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในด้านการจัดซื้อ, งานจัดกิจกรรม หรือเคยประสานงานกับ Organizer
• มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และบริหารงานหลายโปรเจกต์พร้อมกันได้
• มีความเข้าใจในงานอีเวนต์ การบริหารงบประมาณ และกระบวนการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดงานอีเวนต์ขนาดกลางถึงใหญ่ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
