We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to join the Beger Paint family at our factory site.
What we’re looking for: ✅ 3-5 years of experience in recruitment. ✅ Familiar with sourcing strategies. ✅ Tech-savvy & open to using AI in HR processes.
- 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition. (Prior experience in the Manufacturing or Industrial sector is highly desirable).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency (e.g., using AI for drafting emails, summarizing candidate profiles, or creating basic recruitment materials).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of the organization, from production staff to factory management.
- Proactive, resilient, and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills. Must possess a good understanding of the dynamic nature of a factory environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Political Science, or a related field.
Nice-to-Have (Preferred Skills):
- Proven track record in recruiting for Engineering or specialized Technical roles is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Canva or basic video editing software to create engaging Recruitment Content.
