Customer Service Officer (Inspection Service)

Job Scope:

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients regarding inspection bookings and schedules.
• Prepare and issue documents required for inspectors.
• Liaise with buyers, factories, and inspectors to confirm bookings and resolve issues.
• Analysis of Data, summary and preparing report.
• Stay updated on customer requirements and ensure full compliance with inspection procedures.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and suppliers.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Communication, or a related field.

Experience & Skills:

• 3–4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in third-party service providers.
• Good command of English (Reading, Writing, Speaking).
• Familiarity with customer SOPs/WIs/requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Windows applications.
