Job Purpose
The company offers a variety of modern cream mix activities at competitive prices to promptly meet customers' needs. We are seeking a talented production professional to take ownership of planning, controlling, and driving continuous improvement in the production process (Mixing / Packing), ensuring high efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish monthly production plans and drive efficiency improvement
- Plan and execute quality development and performance improvement activities.
- Plan operations to support new customer demands.
- Control manpower alignment against production and delivery plans.
- Set and monitor KPIs across processes.
- Develop and upskill team members.
- Analyze and improve quality in both manufacturing and delivery output.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standard systems.
- Control resources in the manufacturing process.
- Coordinate with related departments to support the readiness of production plans.
- Manage budget and manpower utilization.
- Monitor production process indicators and manpower efficiency.
- Prepare weekly performance summaries.
- Drive manufacturing process improvements to meet standard systems.
- Improve machine utilization and process efficiency.
- Develop team capabilities in specialized cream production operations.
Job Specifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning/manufacturing supervision or a relevant role.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Experience in manpower control, production KPIs, and process improvement.
Good coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
