- Plan and execute recruitment activities for all levels, ranging from operational staff, engineers, specialists, to management, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, initial phone interviews, interview scheduling, and salary negotiation.
- Manage various recruitment channels and proactively explore new sourcing channels to reach target candidates in the manufacturing and automotive sectors.
- Collaborate with Line Managers to interview and assess candidates to select the "right" fit in terms of both skills and attitude.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, prepare employment contracts, and conduct orientation sessions to ensure a smooth start.
- Prepare recruitment summary reports, analyze issues and obstacles, and propose solutions to the management.
- Maintain the candidate database and related documentation systematically to support various standard audits.
- Represent the company to build a positive corporate image through activities such as Job Fairs and university collaborations.
- Monitor probation assessments (30, 60, and 90 days) and submit probation passing documentation for successful employees.
- Participate in Job Fairs and University Campus activities to build a candidate database and promote the organization.
- Recruit personnel within the Manpower Budget and update the Manpower report monthly.
- Manage and register recruitment documentation in accordance with ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016 standards.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Psychology, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment. (Experience in the Automotive Parts Manufacturing industry and familiarity with ISO/IATF systems will be an advantage).
- Knowledge: Knowledge of Labor Law and modern interviewing techniques.
- Language: Good command of English (for coordination and documentation) - TOEIC > 450.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Personality: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
