Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development:
- Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components
- Integrate Salesforce with other healthcare systems and applications using APIs and middleware tools
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data security standards (e.g., HIPAA or local regulations
- Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications for performance and scalability
Business Analysis:
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze healthcare workflows and recommend improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and support to end-users.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience with demonstrated success transitioning from CMS platform delivery to comprehensive Salesforce implementations healthcare
- Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and digital transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Developer and Business Analyst
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into Salesforce configurations and enhancements
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Certifications (Preferred)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud (preferred)
- Knowledge of data modeling, security, and integration patterns
Analytical Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
