Supplier Quality Engineer

In line with the company's development requirements, we will continuously improve the quality of incoming materials, enhance the quality control capabilities of suppliers, increase the batch acceptance rate of incoming materials, and reduce the defect rate of materials on the production line and at the customer's end.

•     Continuously improve supplier quality and reduce incoming material quality issues.
•     Develop and update IQC incoming material inspection standards and train relevant inspection staff.
•     Handle material quality anomalies, promote supplier quality improvement, and form a closed-loop improvement cycle.
•     Lead supplier quality-related SQBR meetings and follow up on improvement measures to form a closed-loop improvement cycle.
•     Lead various supplier audits and update QPA/QSA regularly.
•     Conduct MRB meetings and follow up on meeting results.
•     Optimize the IQC inspection system, optimize inspection items, and improve inspection efficiency.

•  Bachelor's degree in optics, communications, mechanical engineering, electronic information, or related fields.
•  3+ years of experience in the electronics or optical communications industry, familiar with process flows and possessing auditing/on-site management experience.
• Familiar with general quality management methods, and proficient in ISO14001, ISO9001, and QC08000 operations.
• Possesses strong insight, logical thinking ability, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Serious, responsible, and with a strong sense of innovation.
• Good communication in English.
