Key Responsibilities:
1.General Ledger Management:
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all GL entries, reconciliations, and adjustments in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Monitor month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing journal entries, accruals, and intercompany allocations.
- Maintain the chart of accounts to align with the requirements of mixed-use development financial reporting.
2.Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and review accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Support financial consolidation across multiple business units (residential, retail, and hospitality).
- Provide financial analysis and insights to assist senior management in decision-making.
3.Compliance and Audit Support:
- Ensure compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and resolve audit queries.
- Process Improvement & System Management:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.
4.Team Collaboration & Support:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accountants in GL functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and procurement, to align financial activities with operational needs.
