Building & Facility Operations- Support daily building and facility operations, including common areas and office facilities.
- Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities for electrical systems, air conditioning, plumbing, and general building systems.
- Follow up on repair and maintenance work to ensure completion according to agreed timelines and service levels (SLA).
- Support space readiness for daily operations and internal activities.
Preventive Maintenance (PM)
- Assist in planning and executing preventive
- maintenance schedules (monthly / quarterly) for facility systems.
- Support documentation and tracking of PM activities for electrical systems, air conditioning, plumbing, fire alarm systems, and power shutdown systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external technicians for PM execution and follow-up.
Vendor and Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate with external vendors such as technicians, cleaning services, and security providers.
- Monitor vendor performance and support follow-up actions for corrective works.
- Assist in tracking service schedules, contracts, and related documentation.
Facility Administration and Support
- Support facility-related documentation including PM records, checklists, NCR, and monthly safety reports.
- Receive and coordinate facility service requests (e.g. repair, cleaning, facility issues) from employees.
- Assist the Head of Facility in daily operational coordination and reporting.
Safety and Security System Support
- Support monitoring of facility safety and security systems such as CCTV and basic access systems.
- Coordinate system checks or repairs with external vendors when required.
- Assist in supporting access or data requests from management, in accordance with company policies.
