Key Responsibilities
- Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code based on functional and technical specifications.
- Gather, analyze, and evaluate user requirements and feedback.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
- Collaborate with internal and outsourced developers to design algorithms and workflows.
- Test, deploy, and maintain programs and systems.
- Integrate software components and third-party tools or applications.
- Identify and recommend improvements to enhance performance and usability.
- Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation for reference and reporting.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of four years’ proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong background in software design, development, and deployment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, JavaScript, and frameworks such as AngularJS or Git.
- Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience as a Full Stack Developer is a strong advantage.
- Experience in the travel industry will be considered an asset.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with fellow developers and Business Managers throughout the software development life cycle. This role requires a strong team player with excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, modern programming languages (e.g. .NET, JavaScript), and relational databases (e.g. MS SQL, Oracle).
The primary objective of this role is to deliver efficient, scalable software solutions that support the company’s business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
