Job Purpose
Support marketing and sales teams through financial analysis, performance tracking, budgeting, and claim coordination. The role focuses on accurate reporting, contract compliance, and cross-functional coordination to support business operations and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
Prepare performance tracking reports in accordance with contract terms and conditions Support financial projections, budgeting, and forecasting for marketing and sales activities Analyze sales, marketing, and operational data to identify variances and trends
Monitor budget usage and prepare summary reports for management
Contract, Claim & Documentation Support
Prepare supporting documents for claims submission
Coordinate with Accounting team on claim processing and follow-up Support financial review of new product contracts
Prepare and submit tax-related reports for products when required
Coordination & Operations Support
Coordinate with Operations team to collect data for analysis and reporting
Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to support ongoing financial activities
Attend and support meetings with suppliers regarding financial and contract-related matters
Compliance & Process Support
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and documentation Support internal and external audits related to marketing and sales finance Maintain proper records in line with company policies and contract requirements
