We are currently looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer who will join our team in Europe. A Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) plays a critical role in ensuring the quality of the products or services provided by a company’s suppliers with responsibilities spanning across various areas, including Quality Control, Supplier Management, Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, and Risk Management.

• Establishing quality standards for raw materials, components, and services.

• Conducting supplier audits to evaluate their quality standards and capabilities.

• Working with suppliers to develop quality improvement plans and ensuring their implementation.

• Monitoring and measuring supplier performance against established quality metrics.

• Identifying areas for improvement in the supply chain and working to implement improvements to processes and systems such as: reducing waste, improving delivery times, increasing product quality, and reducing costs

• Identifying and mitigating risks associated with suppliers.

คุณสมบัติ

• Fluent English. Must have very strong English communication skill (verbal and writing). This position will work with colleagues and report to the supervisor in EU.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality management and or electronics.

• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer, ideally within the electronics manufacturing industry on motherboards or similar complex PCB assemblies. Minimum 5 years experience.

• Knowledge of statistics, quality control, manufacturing processes, and project management is essential. A degree in these fields helps you to develop a solid foundation of theoretical knowledge, which can be applied in practice throughout your career.

• In-depth knowledge about ISO9001 and ISO13485 standards.

• Certified Auditor.

• Experience in working with Standard Quality Tools (8D, MSA, SPC, FMEA, PPAP).

In addition to educational qualifications, obtaining relevant certifications adds to your skill set, and improves your chances of getting hired or promoted. Some of the key certifications in this field include:

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification from an accredited institution
