Location: Bangkadi Industrial Park, Pathum Thani (100% On-site)
Position Overview
We are looking for engineers with a strong "Hands-on" spirit to join us. Depending on your aptitude and passion, you will be assigned to one of two key areas:
Track A: Mass Production
- Maintain and support the Test Inspection process for mass production models to ensure lines run smoothly.
- Monitor daily yield and handle product abnormalities immediately (e.g., low yield, defects).
- Diagnose and fix daily machine or process issues. Requires creativity to repair and prevent recurrence.
- Investigate returned products (RMA) by tracing back history and confirming defects at the machine level.
- Analyze data to reduce defects and meet yield targets.
Track B: Development / NPI
- Setup and verify Test Inspection processes for New Product models (from Sample to Pre-production).
- Manage the development timeline to ensure products are ready for mass production on time.
- Analyze product performance to adjust and finalize process parameters.
- Create documents (SOPs) and train the manufacturing team on new processes.
- Prepare all technical reports for sample and pre-production phases.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields).
- Machine Confidence (Hands-on): Must be comfortable working directly with automated test equipment. Willing to physically investigate, touch, and troubleshoot machine issues without hesitation.
- Analytical Mindset: Able to analyze data to find root causes (Defect analysis, Traceback).
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with other department.
- Good command of English (Written & Spoken).
