หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Oversee the engineering team, including hiring, training, and performance management

Ensure the safety and efficiency of all engineering operations

Design and implement plans for the development of new projects

Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve technical issues

Manage budgets and resources effectively

Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Plan and supervise the maintenance of buildings, grounds, infrastructure, and equipment

Identify opportunities for improvements and modernization

Ensure engineering projects are completed on time and within budget

Develop policies for the maintenance and use of technical equipment and systems

คุณสมบัติ

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Professional Engineering License (P.W.) preferred.

Experience: At least 3–10 years in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a senior management position overseeing large projects.

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and construction software.

Proven experience in managing projects to ensure timely and budget-bound completion.

Languages: Thai (fluent) and English (professional level).
