- Handle and coordinate all documentation related to import shipments
- Communicate with oversea agents, freight forwarders, and local vendors to compare freight costs and arrange import bookings
- Verify and collect documents required for customs clearance (e.g., invoice, bill of lading) to ensure compliance
- Track shipment status and proactively update internal users on delivery progress
- Monitor pre-alerts and coordinate document arrival to ensure timely customs clearance
- Liaise with carriers to confirm estimated arrival time and document delivery
- Prepare documents for clearing charges and coordinate with the Finance team for payment
- Work closely with customs and relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate import handling
- Email import documents to relevant stakeholders after clearance
- Create PR/PO as needed
- Support and follow up on new assignments as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 2-7 year of experience in purchasing role.
- Knowledge of the chemical or technical
- Ability to do multi-task, work under pleasure and meet deadline require
- Proactive, Smart working, Strong communication and negotiation skill, transparent, Cooperative, Reliable and able to take challenges.
