We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team. This is a varied role that requires an enthusiastic, friendly, and professional personality.
Job Description
Duties include, but are not limited to
Membership:
- Manage membership database, updating new members and cancelled members
- Providing information to the members (when required)
- Update the Member Directory
- Update new contacts in the database
Accounting:
- Issue invoice and receipt for membership fees and event fees, follow up on payment and outstanding invoice
- Keep track of all incomes, expenses, and monthly payments, petty cash
- Issue withholding tax documents (when needed)
Qualifications:
•Thai Nationality
•Bachelor’s Degree or higher
•Good command of both written and spoken English
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, website management, Zoom, and Canva
•Experience in administrative and/or secretarial work is desirable
•Sales and Customer Service skills
•Networking and multi-tasking skills
•Understanding of social media platforms
•Positive, hardworking attitude
•Willingness to work long hours and occasionally outside Bangkok
•Good interpersonal skills, service-minded, organized, and mature
•Ability to work under pressure and solve unexpected problems effectively
