Scope of Job
Responsible for analyzing and selecting materials, equipment, machinery, and spare parts for site installation in conjunction with the company’s products. Prepare BOQ and material take-offs, perform cost calculations, and estimate pricing for mechanical systems and machinery projects. Prepare quotations and tender/bidding documents to support company projects with accuracy, reliability, and competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with local and international manufacturers and suppliers to obtain quotations, compare pricing, including transportation, and applicable taxes.. Develop and maintain a product pricing database within the Business Unit.
- Design solutions for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) for warehouse operations to enhance operational efficiency.
- Responsible for estimating costs of materials, equipment, machinery, and spare parts for site installation in conjunction with the company’s products.
- Manage and monitor work progress in line with project plans, coordinate technical matters with foreign management or international teams, and analyze and resolve technical issues effectively and appropriately.
- Provide support to Prepare regular reports and reviews of projects cost performance,providing all concerned parties with regular feedback and advice.
