- Review the ability of the organization to accept the New Project.
- Review and check production process, cost of factory (Cost Estimate Sheet).
- Be a project leader, manage new parts projects, follow up and report results in case of non-compliance with the plan.
- Planning, recruiting, tools, machines and technology for new projects and current job.
- Review and check production standards and packaging standards.
- Improve the efficiency of the parts manufacturing process.
- Educate and develop potential subordinate.
- Manage and control the work system to increase productivity to reach the specified goals.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering fields.
- Experience more than 5 years in automotive engineering management fields.
- Knowledge of manufacturing Stamping processes in automotive.
- Knowledgeable, capable and with management experience in the automotive industry.
- Able to communicate in English and use a computer well.
