• Supervise and monitor the preparation of corporate governance documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee administrative operations of the Legal & Compliance department to ensure efficient workflow.
• Review and support the preparation of documents for submission to regulatory authorities and internal audits.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders.
• Monitor and report changes in relevant laws and regulations, and propose updates to internal documentation accordingly.
• Oversee the review and approval process for new vendors or contractors from a compliance perspective.
• Participate in planning and organizing training sessions or workshops related to legal compliance and corporate ethics.
• Prepare supporting documents for executive and board meetings, including presentation materials on legal and compliance matters.
• Review and provide recommendations on drafting internal policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
• Review and provide legal advice on draft business contracts such as construction agreements, subcontractor agreements, and procurement contracts to ensure legal compliance and minimize legal risks to the company.
• Supervise the preparation of documents for shareholder meetings and the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
• Manage meeting schedules and coordination among executives, shareholders, and the internal legal team.
• Oversee the handling of legal documents, including notarization, translation, and certification by relevant authorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Legal & Compliance Manager.
