Senior Legal Consultant

To act as a senior legal counselor of the Bank to render legal advisory and litigation & enforcement services.
Supervise and monitor tasks and assignments in the department (Legal Advisory and Litigation & Enforcement).
Render legal advisory service as well as drafting legal documentation for specific tasks/projects assigned by Head of Department.
Manage and develop legal services in accordance with corporate policies, procedures, legislative and regulatory requirements.
Negotiate, participate and represent the Bank in any deals or transactions.
Take part as legal in new initiative business projects of ICBC Group.
Follow up and up date new laws and regulations applicable or effect to banking business.
Coordinate with external law firm in order to pursue legal cases for and against the Bank to protect in Bank’s interest.
Other legal tasks as assigned Department Head.

Master Degree in Law (LL.M) or related / QualifiedlawyertopracticeinThailand;
Minimum of 10 Years experience in a leadership role at a financial institution, or top-tier law firm;
Proven ability to provide commercially legal advice and navigate complex legal and regulatory matter;
Strong Legal Background on banking product and project finance; and
Good communication and stakeholder management skill
